Clonesite is a tool that rebuilds a website from a URL you provide. You are responsible for having the rights to any site you clone. If you are a copyright owner (or an agent acting on their behalf) and believe that content created, stored, or made available through the Service infringes your copyright, you may send us a notice as described below, consistent with the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA, 17 U.S.C. § 512).

To be effective, your written notice must include substantially the following, sent to our designated agent at hello@clonesite.ai:

• a physical or electronic signature of the person authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner;
• identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed;
• identification of the material claimed to be infringing, with enough detail to locate it (for example, the URL on the Service);
• your name, address, telephone number, and email address;
• a statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law; and
• a statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner’s behalf.

Once we receive a valid notice, we may remove or disable access to the material and make a reasonable effort to notify the affected user.

If you believe your material was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notification to hello@clonesite.ai that includes:

• your physical or electronic signature;
• identification of the material that was removed and the location where it appeared before removal;
• a statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification;
• your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the U.S. Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or, if your address is outside the United States, the judicial district in which Stack Craft LLC is located), and that you will accept service of process from the party who filed the original notice.

We may restore the removed material in accordance with applicable law unless the original complainant takes legal action.

We may, in appropriate circumstances and at our discretion, disable or terminate the accounts of users who are found to repeatedly infringe the copyrights or other intellectual-property rights of others.

Please note that under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f), any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing, or that material was removed by mistake, may be liable for damages. Do not make false claims.
