By accessing or using the Service you confirm that you can form a binding contract and that you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

Clonesite lets you clone a website from a public URL: we read the page’s HTML, CSS, fonts, and responsive structure and rebuild an editable, exportable version that you can rebrand. You can preview a clone for free; producing, unlocking, and exporting clones is paid using credits. The Service is offered on a pay-per-clone basis and does not require a subscription. Features, limits, and pricing may change over time.

You must be at least 13 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Service. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account, including sign-in through third-party providers (such as Google) and email magic links. Notify us promptly at hello@clonesite.ai if you suspect unauthorized use.

Paid features run on credits purchased in packs through our payment processor, Stripe. Prices are shown at checkout and may change. Credits are applied to your account after successful payment and, except as otherwise stated, do not expire. You are responsible for any applicable taxes. We do not collect or store full payment-card details — those are handled by Stripe.

Purchases of credits are final and non-refundable, except where a refund is required by applicable law. Because a free tier lets you preview the Service before paying, please evaluate it before purchasing credits.

You may only clone, copy, or reproduce websites and content that you own or that you have the necessary rights, licenses, and permissions to use. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service — including any URL you submit and any output you create, publish, or export — does not infringe the intellectual-property, privacy, contractual, or other rights of any third party, and complies with all applicable laws and the terms of service of any source website.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• infringe any copyright, trademark, trade dress, or other intellectual-property right;
• impersonate any person or brand, or create deceptive, phishing, or fraudulent websites;
• clone content behind logins or paywalls, or that is otherwise non-public or access-restricted;
• distribute malware or engage in any illegal, harmful, or abusive activity;
• circumvent usage limits, rate limiting, or security measures; or
• resell, sublicense, or misrepresent the Service.

Clonesite is a neutral tool. We do not review, endorse, or assume responsibility for the URLs you submit or the sites you generate; responsibility for your inputs and outputs rests with you.

Export controls and sanctions. You may not use the Service if you are located in, or are a national of, a country or region subject to comprehensive sanctions, or if you are on any restricted-party list. You agree to comply with all applicable export- control and sanctions laws.

The Service — including the Clonesite name, software, and design — is owned by us and our licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service in accordance with these Terms. As between you and us, the content you supply and the output you generate are yours, and you grant us the limited license needed to operate and provide the Service (for example, processing your URLs and storing your clones and exports). We claim no ownership of the third-party content you choose to clone.

If you send us feedback or suggestions, you grant us a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use them for any purpose, without any obligation to you.

We respect intellectual-property rights and respond to valid notices. If you believe content made available through the Service infringes your copyright, email hello@clonesite.ai with: identification of the copyrighted work; the URL or location of the material; your contact information; a good-faith statement that the use is not authorized; a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are authorized to act; and your physical or electronic signature. We may remove infringing content and terminate the accounts of repeat infringers.

The Service relies on third parties (for example, Stripe for payments, and the providers described in our Privacy Policy). Your use of those features may be subject to the third party’s own terms, and we are not responsible for third-party services.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. Clones are produced on a best-effort, automated basis; we do not warrant that any clone will be accurate, complete, pixel-perfect, error-free, or legally cleared for your intended use, or that the Service will be uninterrupted or secure.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Stack Craft LLC and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim or USD 100.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties or the limitation of certain damages, so some of the above exclusions and limitations may not apply to you; in that case our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Stack Craft LLC and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the Service, your inputs or outputs, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party right — including any claim arising from a website you choose to clone.

You may stop using the Service at any time, and you may request deletion of your account by emailing hello@clonesite.ai. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or use the Service in a way that may cause harm or legal exposure. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; unused credits are non-refundable except where required by law.

We may modify the Service or these Terms. If we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to Stack Craft LLC in its place of registration in the United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be resolved exclusively in the courts having jurisdiction over Stack Craft LLC, and you consent to their jurisdiction. We do not require binding arbitration. This does not deprive you of any mandatory, non-waivable consumer-protection right in your country of residence that entitles you — or requires you — to bring proceedings in another forum.

• Entire agreement. These Terms and our Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Service and supersede any prior agreements.
• Severability. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in full effect.
• Assignment. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them, including in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
• Waiver. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of our right to do so later.
• No third-party beneficiaries. These Terms create no rights for anyone who is not a party to them.
• Force majeure. We are not liable for any delay or failure caused by events beyond our reasonable control.
• Notices. We may give notice through the Service or by email; you can reach us at hello@clonesite.ai.
